Ultimately, my teaching philosophy is to equip students with the skills needed to achieve their own goals. My method is to engage students and, hopefully, inspire them with a love of the material through discussion and heavy involvement on the part of the student - learning is not a one way street of knowledge going from instructor to student, but rather should involve participation from both.
