I am a tutor who loves to work with young people. I want all of our sessions to include excitement for the material we are covering, as well as show everyday application to the real world. I love to teach Math, and I want my students to see just how much it applies to their lives and develop a better understanding and appreciation for the subject.Last year, I worked at University Park Campus School, where I was involved in helping high school students learn math. I had a wonderful experience, and it was truly eye-opening for me. I truly felt I had accomplished what I set out to do when I was able to show my students just how useful Geometry was in their life.I work with students in the following subjects: Elementary and Middle School Math, Algebra 1-2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Pre-Algebra, Physics, Science, and ACT test prep. I also offer summer tutoring, so students can catch up before the new school year.Currently, I am studying at Clark University for a degree in Physics and earning my minors in Math and Education.When I'm not working, I love to play all different kinds of sports, including basketball. I also love the arts, and I enjoy making music, including playing piano and jazz music.
